Q: how do i lose alot of wieght in like... two weeks?
This is my personal routine for losing 8 lbs in two weeks with no side effects. I can't recommend that you follow this advice as I am not licensed to give this type of advice. No sweats, no junk food, 1 1/2 hours of walking of low impact arobics 4 times a week and eat only fruits and vegetables uncooked. No more than 4 ozs. of red meat 3 times a week and one gallon of water a day.
