On the site teens.sparkpeople.com, there's a meal maker thing. It helps you set goals, fitness and nutrition. It tells you what you should eat all day, depending on how much weight you want to lose and by when, etc. For example, for breakfast, two waffles with syrup, turkey bacon, yogurt, and apple juice. It tells you exactly what kind of bacon and how much. Is there any other site that will do this? Thanks.
i've never heard of another site like that. if you buy a diet book or something it will tell you how much of things to eat in order to lose a certain amount of weight in a certain amount of time. :)
why can't you just use this site?
