So my mother, older sister, and my younger sister went to petco to get my younger sister her first animal. I have a 12 year old cat named Lily and i love her to death. She loves me too, im like her true love or something. And so I saw this adorable greyish, blueish kitten in a cage! He is very cute and very friendly. My mommy let me hold him and asked which one i liked and all that other stuff. Sooooo then we left and my mom said she would have to talk to my dad [he does not care for animals but he can deal with him, he also does not like change]. Now she is having second thoughts about the lovely kitten and she thinks Lily would not like the new cat. Right now I told her to sleep on the idea. Please help I would be soooooo greatfull i someone would anwer this question! How do I get my momma to buy me that cattttt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you!!! (link)

Explain to her as much as you can how much you want that kitten,and tell her that Lily is getting older and would probably love to have a little kitten around. Also tell her you REALLY care about the kitten and if u adopt it you will know it will have a great,loving home but no telling what other kind of home it might end up with! I hope i helped!!!!! and i really hope you get tat kitten GOOD LUCK =)

Thank you so much! Your advice was very well put together! My mom woundn't change her mind about getting a kitten right now, but she says I could maybe get the kitten for the holidays.
