I was just wondering, if someone 18 or older kissed someone under 18 is that illegal?

Nothing sexual, and never will be because I know that is, just kissing.

I believe that statutory rape only counts for sexual stuff (and only if somebody presses charges) so it's not really illegal. It may depend on the scenario.

If you're talking about a relationship between someone who is 15/16/17 and someone who is 18/19, that's pretty common and is not considered illegal. However, if you're in a relationship/whatever with an adult and your parents are not okay with it, watch out because they can get your boyfriend/girlfriend in trouble with the law.

From what you've said, it doesn't sound like it's a bad situation at all. I know plenty of 18+ people that have dated people under 18, with no trouble.

EDIT: Oh okay, I agree with you completely then. I didn't know if you were like 13 and online dating a 45 year old :)
