ive had my permit for awhile and im not the best driver but im not that bad. none of my family trusts me driving and they expect me to be perfect at it..practice makes perfect, but they dont like my driving so they dont let me practice. then i always have to hear crap about how bad i drove when i made a little mistake because im a NEW driver i cant be perfect. i've driven with an instructor for 6 hours, ive read the book. but good driving doesnt just come overnight. im so sick of getting **** for my non perfect driving. i try talking to them but they dont think i take it seriously and i really do! but driving takes practice and time which im not getting..what the hell am i supposed to do!? thanks. well sit down with one of your parents... if you confront them in a group, they will be more liekly to think of it as a joke. so sit down one on one with your mom or dad and just tell him exactly what you just wrote to us! Tell him that you really really want to be good, but in order to do that you need their help. Parents always want to hear that we need them. So just tell them that you can't do it without them and you really are in need of guidance from them. Then ask them if you can go driving with them one day, for the whole day. You may not want to give up a whole day to spend with your mom or dad, but if you parents are anything like mine, they will jump for joy when you tell them you want to spend the day with them!
