Q: well this summer i really want to work out and get some hot abs before i go back to school, since i'll be starting off as a freshman in highschool and i wanna look AMAZING!! so- i was wondering if i could get some healthy eating tips and some workout tips (for abs-duh) so i can get a toned stomach for the fall. i already have an ab cruncher but i also need some other tips so please help!! thank you!!

taking weights and going from side to side while standing up can help. also laying on an exercise ball to do crunches instead of the ground, because it makes you able to go backwards AND forwards. try not to eat a lot of breads..very fattening! and LOTS of water. sorry if im not much help..but how does the ab cruncher work for you? i am trying to get abs myself and wondering if thats worth it to buy =] haha thanks and good luck!

the ab cruncher is OK, its just hard to use on like, hardwood floors cuz it slides all over the place. i wouldnt really recommend buying one. haha i got mine at a garage sale for $5!!

Hey I'm Andrea, aka Dre or Angie. I'm 19 and livin in beautiful Colorado! I went to cosmetology school and am in the process of a fashion merchandising degree in college.
