i'm currently a us citizen and i am thinking of attending college in greece at the american university of athens. would i have to become a greek citizen to stay there? what about taxes and stuff lke that? and what about my driver's license? and if you can think of any other related questions it would really help a lot! :] (link)

your best bet to is ask the school, they are really used to foreign students. do not ask them if you have to become a citizen. you don't, people work and live in greece and are not changing their citizenship. (this is not a college level question). taxes-are you looking for a job or for education (you pay normal consumers tax, but not a income tax)? drivers license-are you bringing your car with (no, the answer to this question is no). good questions:
where can you live, can you take classes in english, which classes do they offer, how long can you stay, how long does it take (on average) to get a student visa, what is the cost of living, is the local transportation good, how do you get in (what are the requirments). i went to school in europe aswell.
When in rome, do as the romans. (try the food, learn the language, appricate the fact that the single buildings are older than the whole of america)
