My brother is a little wild thing when he's ready and today when i came home, my mom told me he knocked out one of his front tooth. It looks really weird, it is COMPLETELY knocked out.

If he's not in horrible pain, then yes. My friend had his tooth knocked out and couldn't go to his dentist for two weeks and was fine. Just load him up on some painkillers and take him as soon as you can.
