My name is Brittany but my friends call me Bunnunnah. I am myself, No one else and I won't change for anyone. I hate drama. I am a vegetarian. I think eating meat is wrong. I'm very loud and outgoing. Music is the only thing that makes since anymore. I love going to concerts. Once you get you know me, I'm hard to forget. I'm pretty much a hippie exept for the fact that I don't drink, smoke or do drugs. It's gross. War is dumb and doesn't solve anything. I suffer from Coulrophobia. (the fear of clowns) My friends and family are the most important things in my life as well as my cell phone and iPod. I never judge anyone so please don't judge me. I am me and the people who I care about know who I am and thats all that matters to me. I am a very friendly person. If you want to ask me anything, don't hesitate to send me an email, message, IM or anything. Like I said before, I don't judge.

how come perfume smells different on different people? how does body chemistry differ from person to person to make it this way? (link)
|
My personal guess would be because everyone has a different and unique smell so that probably makes perfume smell different on different people. But, I'm not a scientist so don't think that's the right answer. haha.
Here are some answers that found on Google.
-Body chemistry, diet and age affect fragrances on their skin. Also, fragrance consists of many essential oils. Certain essential oils have affinity to our skin, and they may be absorbed while other may not. This creates an imbalance on the skin and accounts for the difference.
-This depends on a person's skin type. Natural moisture in the skin will retain the fragrance for longer, so people with dry skin will find that fragrances will not tend to hold as well. The amount of acidity in our skin varies from person to person so fragrances will react accordingly, sometimes seeming to make the fragrance smell differently. It is a case of trial and error to find the fragrance to suit both you and your skin!
- Each of us has our own unique body chemistry based on our genes, skin type, hair color, and even the type of lifestyle we lead and the environment in which we live in. So it is important not to purchase a fragrance because you smelled it in a magazine ad or on someone else. Try it on your own skin to see how it reacts with your own body chemistry. Yes. As we age our sense of smell slowly begins to diminish. As a result some older individuals apply more fragrance than needed.
