advice

omg i git cramps SOOOO bad. and its to where i cant even walk sometimes. and i get really craby and im really hungry. is there anything i can do about it?

ok regarding the cramps.. try taking some aspirin like advil or tylenol to help subside the pain. i know several things that can help the pain if that doesn't help..

1.) exercise. i know it sounds crazy, but it helps the blood circulate better throughout your body. nothing major, just a walk or a few minute jog.

2.) a heating pad. it works WONDERS.

3.) a nice, long, hot bath. just relax, and i promise it will help.

for the crabbiness - it's PMS. everyone's a bitch when it's that time of the month. try taking a 15 minute nap when you get back from school before you start your homework. it will help you relax. also, try to get at least 8 hours of sleep a night.

hunger - it's totally natural to get food cravings. let yourself eat what you want :) you deserve it.
