I recently got hired at a big retail company and my manager gave me a PACKET of paperwork to fill out...(I'm only 17 btw) Anyway, the paperwork includes W-4 forms, W-5 forms and the WOTC form? (Could anyone tell me what that is?) My parents don't really understand English so It's up to me to fill out this paper work on my own. Anyway, the packet she gave me has the 2007 W-4 forms...is this okay for me to fill out since this is 2008? Or should I go back to my manager and tell her that she gave me the wrong packet? Or is it okay if I still fill it out? I feel like I've bothered and called her enough...
Also, what is a WOTC form?
Thanks to anyone who can help! (link)
you have to go to a person taht does taxes and give her those forms cuase my mama taught me and she a tax person and she does w-4 so go to a person who does taxs

You didn't answer my question at all. I'm not trying to CLAIM my taxes...I'm asking what the forms are and if it would be okay to fill them out since they are 2007.
