I'm burningXstar (feel free to shorten that to any name you like!) i'm a student living in the UK, and as well as having a very mixed up life, I do enjoy trying to help others with their problems and woes in return for everyone elses much appreciated advice =)

I try to help people as best as I can, most of my advice is through personal experience, and experiences I have learnt through people around me. I consider myself to be a good listener, and tend to pick up on lots of little details, so hopefully this will also help me to answer any questions! I also study biology so if relevant I will use scientific data to back up any questions. However there are always going to be some things I honestly know nothing about! I will not give half hearted answers to these questions! Therefore I will only answer questions I can put all my knowledge and effort into.

My realm of topics still varies, hence why I haven't listed any "main catagories". But if you have any questions feel free to ask me for any advice and I promise I will reply! =)

For whatever reason, when I am home(after school, weekends, and breaks) all i want to do is eat! After I figured this out, I changed my snacking habits from unhealthy snacks to healthy snacks. Some of my favorite snacks are fruits and vegetables with peanut butter, dairy products, and nuts. But it didn't help! Now, i crave unhealthy snacks more than ever. I don't know what to do! We don't really keep unhealthy foods around the house, just for my little brother, but I want to eat them. I can't figure it out. Maybe if I could get to the root of the problem, it would help me conquer it.

I have exactly the same problem, do you think its perhaps because you are "bored" and have nothing to do per se and your mind just wanders towards to kitchen... Best thing to do is keep your self occupied, find things to do and if you find yourself thinking of food before meal times have a glass of water instead, I find this can help... Limit yourself and be strict, keep busy! I think thats the best way to conquer it!
