ok ever since i go out of child haven my hair hasnt grown back to its llong length my hair is shoulder length now i want it back to the middle of my back and im african american so yea please help!! (link)

well other than waiting i don't think there's a lot you can do.
another thing to consider is that with most people(but not every one) hair only grows to a certain length. its very possible that when you were a child you had long hair simply because you were a lot shorter. if so your hair still has the genetic code to grow only a certain length, so now that your taller, you neck and back are both longer, it may not reach as far as is did before.
but then again maybe you just need to wait longer. sorry if i wasn't much help here. :P
