So i wear black eyeliner, liquid on top and black pencil on bottom.
I cant have the liquid one on bottom.. because .. it just doesnt work; idk it keeps coming off.
BUUUTTT anyhways, on my bottom of my eye, my black eyeliner eventually smears.
Like for example, it would look awesome in the morning but then later on in the day it would smear sooo bad i would end up looking like a racoon!
embarasssiing..
any helpful tips?
something that i can use differently for eyeliner or...?
no cure is there..

well i had that problem. i got it off with like eye cover up. it would rub off. and then i would put more on... if your into using water proof/smear proof find soem from revlon. they are great. thats what i used when i got sick of that. but you gotta clean it off before or after you take a shower or wash your face cause it doesnt coem off completly. there are other brands that make smear proof but i onyl know that revlon makes great stuff. so i hope that that helps
