Ok, I play volleyball for my highschool team, and I have to dive for the ball a lot. Is there anything I could wear under my knee pads so that they don't leave a carpet burn when I slide? I tend to dive a lot [habit ha ha] and I always get big carpet burns so my knees are all red and it hurts to put my knee pads on. My friend said to wrap them in medical tape, but that would just make my legs stiff. Help? (link)

You will need to put a softer material underneath your knee pads, thats strange i never got carpet burn when i dive for the ball. but our knee pads were always new. but like wool it helps the ballet shoes inside maybe that will help you, the ballerinas put wool inside where there toes are fro there wouldnt be as much harndess. maybe you should put that underneath or anything that is comfortable for you to play in. try looking at sft materials for you to cut and place underneath teh knee pad but i dont recommend you wrapping ti around your knee then you might probably by more stiff and not has flexible aorund the knee area. hmm try wool cotton balls like the soft lining of the wind breakers.
always remeber Bump Set Spike lol
