I've been doing some research on smoking cigarettes while taking oral contraceptives.

If one were to smoke a very little amount (i.e. 1-2 cigarettes a week) while on birth control, would it still be enough to cause harm? (link)
If you are seriously considering 1 or 2 a week, just quit. the nicotine receptors don't need them...One or two won't make a difference from having them and quitting. And if the pill direction say no smoking, I think they mean NO SMOKING! If there was any chance it could harm you then they wouldn't put it on the package.

Hope I helped if you need anything more you can IM me on AIM at ====> xxAMS15xx

If you think only having one or two cigarettes a week is the same as quitting, why do you think it would cause harm? I appreciate the answer, but it doesn't make very much sense.
