hi i'm 16/f 5'3-4" 140 lbs

okay so recently i've became a vegetarian. and i want to loose some weight for the spring, i'm thinking about 10-15 lbs. i know you need to eat healthy and exercise so please don't tell me that. it's just that now i've become a vegetarian i find myself eating more carbs like pasta and beans alot. i know i eat alot of carbs and i eat salads too because i don't really know what else to eat. i also don't know how much to exercise, it would be great if sometime gave me a routine to follow because once i know what to do exactly, i will do it. it there anyone out there who can tell me what to eat per day and how much to exercise, and doing what? i mainly wanna loose weight in my stomach, legs, and arms oh and i have these really annoying love handles that i want to get rid of. can somebody please help me and give me a routine to follow and what to eat per day? thank you so much i really appreciate it. First, its not what you eat, its how much you eat. The same amount of calories on a candy bar as in 24 grapefruit type deal. Try recording your calorie intake for a week. Then find the average. And try to burn most of those, and start creating muscle. A way to lose fat around your legs is to run or bike or whatever. Lunges, and squats will help as well. For your love handles try taking a broom stick, or pole and putting it behind your neck and do side crunches, and like twist your body. Those are two that will help. And crunches, jumping jacks will help as well.And if you are working...try getting a gym membership...that could help. And try putting your self in the healthy lifestyle. Instead of eating two salads or whatever, try one. And eat the food one your plate. And wait about 30-45 minutes for your body to realize that its full or not. That could help as well. And if you eat dessert everyday, try once or twice a week.
