how can i get a profit off selling gum in school? because im trying to fund for my People to People trip (look up that name if you dont know what it is) to Japan, and its about 6,000 dollars. my mom already paid about 1,000 already, but we want to fundraise a lot of the rest. and in my school they dont sell gum like they do snacks and stuff, and kids chew gum like all the time and are always askign others for it and would totally pay for it. its not in the school rules.. but ive heard of other ambassadors who selled candy in school and didnt ask for permission.. cause honestly why would they say yes? if they knew that it would give them a lot of moeny i think they'd be already selling it. so anyways, i still wanna do it but how do i buy good gum (like stride, 5, trident..) in bulk? where can I buy it from? and how do I like calculate stuff.. so a profit could be made? by the way im 14, and thanks for all the help. :)

if you dont have a good answer for this (i still reccomend you saying it anyways) then what are other ways i can raise money that arent like.. walking dogs (idk how to do that, never had a pet), babysitting (no time during the school year except for summer), so yeah. i heard about maybe writing letters to like major companies but what exactly do i say in these letters and who do i send them too? thanks :)

and if you've been to japan already where are some really cool stores i could go to when im there to shop, since i like fashion alot? and arent too pricey but are like.. good. and places (dont say tokyo and mt fuji.. we're already doing that) so i can make my trip the absolute fullest (if even get to go, depending on whether enough money is fundraised!!)
