They don't need sex and not all guys need to masterbate. I'm saying this b/c a certain person I'm really close to who is a guy, doesn't masterbate and isn't obsessed with porn or sex or anything. Most tho, do need to masterbate. It's different for every one. As for being horny, once again, it depends on the guy. Guys get turned on if a girl says shes masturbating b/c it gives them a chance to used their imagination. They get to use it to invision what the girl is doing to herself. Hope I helped
