i'm 16/f 162lbs and 5'4.
my doctor told me today i need to loose weight.
so i'm gonna aim for around 130lbs.
i don't really have a deadline for the amount of weight.
but maybe at least 15lbs by my birthday (which is late april).
i'm wondering how to do this.
any specific diets i should try?
or any tips that helped you while changing your lifestyle?
any help would be great.

Well, What help me loses lbs, was eatting right,
haveing several light cal, healthy snake every 2-3 hours, (carrots, brockly, tuna (very good high in protine), fruit, ...) exercercing before eating speeds up the metiablism. drinking a lot of water.
do this u should help you lose weight. remember to build up musle to help burn fat.
