ok... Do you have any classes with him? If you don't then you should just try talking to him and when you start talking to him alot then you guys can exchange numbers and then you can call or text but don't be obssesd about it and once you rely get to know him you guys will relieze that you rely like eachother because you will see eachother from the inside and see the real person...
