Q: okay, this is going to be kind of a stupid question, but i've been wondering..


does the nintendo sports games for the nintendo wii work as excersise? i mean, the boxing?
does it count as actual excersising?
i have a wii and i personally think its exercise i have sweated playing before =] haha hope this helps
