i have a black and white picture but i want to make my eyes in color(there blue). i have picasa, but with that you can only do that to pictures that are color, and then turn them black and white. i hope that makes sense..is there any way to do that with picasa? or do i have to download something, because i dont have photoshop or anything. and please give me instructions how to do it! :D thanks!

Once you are on there, you just crop everything you want in black and white, and leave out what you want colored [your eyes] and that's it. =] Really simple.

(Rating: 3) thanks..but my picture is black and white not colored. i cannot switch it back to colored..what you told me was how to change parts of my picture to black and white and leave some colored. i need to know how to have a white and black picture and then make eyes colored..if that makes sense.
