over the past few months I have started cutting myself, and having suicidal thoughts. Im going through some problems and this is the only way I have of dealing wiv them. I made an appointment to see a counsellor but couldn't bring myself to see them. Im not really sure what Im asking, just general advice. (link)

Hey instead of cutting yourself try writing down your feelings and stuff I don't know if your a girl or a guy but if your a guy try going to the gym and sufff and letting out some grief or anger there. And as a last resort if you can do it you would have to tell your parents and ask for anti deprecents but i don't think you have to it'll probably be just a faze. Try taking your mind of things and listen to music1
