Can anyone tell me what to expect while working in a gift shop? I got that job volunteering at a hospital, and am not sure what to expect. My training begins tomorrow, basically, if you have any tips, that would be helpful. If not, that's fine too. =) (link)

well, i work in the hospital, but not in that area.
i think it would be safe to expect to shelve cards and candies and the stuff the sell.
maybe be the cashier/assistant cashier.
stuff like that.
and when you work at the hospital always wear long pants and closed toe shoes [preferably not ballet flats.]

Thanks so much, today was my first day and I got to work the register, and close up shop. Which usually doesn't happen, so it worked out great. Thanks again! =)
