This piece of "fitness equipment" is not good at all.
I am a Phys. Ed. teacher and a coach. I own several pieces of exercise equipment.
I have had some back trouble for some time. My wife ordered this for me to try and unfortunately it hurt my back.
It is very, very expensive and is poorly engineered. The instruction manual is very poorly done and the price is about three times what it should be!
It cost us over $125.00 to send this piece of junk back!
I do not recommend that you try it!
