I have Social Anxiety Disorder, look it up if your not fond of that. I've been actually recently getting it. have you? it makes me feel like im not alone on this, that's why i asked the question. What are some ways you tried relaxing and it worked? (link)
I've had this diagnosed since 7th grade (I'm in 10th now). & yes it's really hard to find people who share it. but you're not unusual.

when I have an anxiety attack, or feel like I may have one due to a certain situation, I just breathe. simply breathe. I try to get my mind on another subject by like, walking around or talking to someone. this sounds weird but when my dog is around it helps to pet her. so if you have a dog or cat, you could use them as comfort.

If you get symptoms in public, like speaking in front of a group, focus on one thing & get through with it. your heart probably pounds & you shake, but just get through whatever the situation is & worry about the rest later. it will save you from looking awkward in front of groups/classmates, which I know is something I really fear.
