hey i have a little black dress similar to this

same length and everything except that mine is low U-shaped in the front. i was wondering what costume i could use it as for halloween. i have these knee highs similar to this

only the crown part is white & fuzzy & the ribbons are white silver & blue.
what can i do to put them together? what should i add on to the dress to make it less plain? and what make-up should i use?

I'm not sure how to incorporate ALL of them, but here are some ideas...
An evil fairy (or dark angel) - wear the dress and halo with some black wings. You can even make your own wings out of a clothes hanger and black panty hose. This link shows how...

Wednesday Adams - Wear the dress and socks with chunky black shoes. Wear a thick black belt and put your hair in pigtails.
A Cat - You can get ears and a tail for pretty cheap at a costume store. Paint some cute whiskers on your face.
Of course there is always the old standby of witch or vampire. All you'd need is some accessories.
