Do you think it's possible to "Fully" trust someone again after they have lost your trust?!?!?

yes, but i think it takes a long time. if they have apologized for what they did to lose your trust and you can tell that they are really sincere, then i think with a lot of time they can slowly gain your trust back to the point where you "fully" trust them again, but it will take a lot to get to that point.
