Q: What are some ways you can relax yourself from being too stressed out?

You could make your own little spot that isn't to busy, and doesn't have a lot of distractions. Try to find a room with light mellow colors, and something that makes you relaxed. and another option is try to find some essences that make your feel relaxed. Then close your eyes take deep breaths and try to clear your mind. What also helps is jotting some of the things down that you have to do, save some for later and take breaks and go to your relaxation spot. Taking breaks can really help, try to make a schedule of your relaxing times
