My dad is thinking about starting a computer buisness with my boyfriend and my brother and I. I'm going to be the secretary. I already can type fast, without looking at the keyboard or the screen, and while talking to other people. What else should I learn?? I'm getting a little bit better at talking to people I don't know on the phone. Dad is gonna teach me how to use the Quick Books software. (link)

Sounds like you're set. You should definatly keep up your typing. I'm assuming you have basic knowledge of the internet which is gonna be useful if you have to send emails for your dad or something and you should know how to write formal letters.
You should really keep up talking to people you don't know on the phone or in person. You need to have some confidence, make sure you speak clearly and not too fast.
You need to practice not only talking to people you don't know that call you but you may have to call people you don't know so you need to get used to saying stuff like ''Hi, it's [your name] from [the business name] I'm calling about...''
When I started working in my dads office I had to call people to confirm their bookings and I hated calling people I didn't know. But I had to do it and over time I gained more confidence.
You should also know as much as everyone else about the business. Know the prices and all that stuff or at least have a price list with you while you're at work because the last thing someone wants to hear when they call and ask how much something is is ''Uhh, I'm not sure. Let me find out for you''. It's not a bad thing that you don't know but some people might think it sounds a bit unprofessional. So know as much as you can for potential questions.

I wrote a list to my dad about things i'll need (like a price list and a phone on my desk) and a list to myself for stuff to do (like practice on my typing game and talking to people I don't know)
