Ok I read an article about you hymen and it says that it is like outside of your vagina, and I'm having problems inserting a tampon.

Does that mean that I'm having trouble inserting it all the way because my hymen isn't broken and it's in the way? (link)
No.

It's because you're tense.

When you're tense, it tightens, and it's harder to put in a tampon.

Ease up, and don't worry about it.
