I'd put things on the outside cover...if it's plain, that is. I would cut out things that'd be in the places that the book discussed. For example, Italy, cut out the italian flag from a magazine or print it out, or something really cute, and paste it onto the journal..but put something underneath it so it isnt so unsturdy. draw the name of the book in the middle in cute maybe cursive-y bubble letters. you can color the letters with colors of the countries flags. glitter is fun, and cute. I think that'd make it really cute. Sorry if i wasn't very specific, but it's kind of hard to explain. I hope I helped, and I hope you get a good grade!
