It depends on the context of the paragraph.
If it was something serious like, "omg i loev u so muuuuuuuuch," I would be promptly pissed off as well.
It also depends on how fast they respond. If they respond in seconds, it's a tell-tale sign that they didn't read your wall of text.
In conclusion, If it's over something serious, yeah, be pissed off. Otherwise, don't take it to heart. You may also consider the chance that you may be annoying the person and they don't care about the subject you are talking about.
