I'm considering working part-time at a mall after school. Do you, or anyone you know, work at a mall? What is it like?

its cool for awhile cause you get discounts but if your gonna work at a clothing store or something you should consider the 2 sides. the good side is definitely the discounts and people you meet there. whats better than getting paid to sell what you love and also getting discounts on it!? also you need to consider that around the holidays, malls are EXTRMELY busy. you will be working alot and you'll probly be stressed. which could mean you'll be miserable if u cant handle that [like me] or happy. haha. i worked at limited too, it was horrible. also, the customers beleive you should know everything but at the same time they are ALWAYS right in their mind. you'll gain alot of people skills but if you want a relaxing job, i wouldnt work at a busy store.
