I just got a new light colored bed set, and im so afraid of getting blood from my period on it because it will stain it. How can i make sure i dont get blood on it? I use tampons, but i tend to sleep in pretty late, so its a while until i change it at night, so it tends to leak out. I'm sooo tired of getting it on my underwear and staining them, and i reallllly dont want it to get on my new bed set. So any ideas?

Wear a panty liner and a tampon. And if it stil tend to leak then put some peroxide on the stain and rinse it, u may do that like two times then wash it, it always comes out for me
