please read it i know its long but i REALLY NEED THE HELP. ill rate please help!
when me and my friend went to the movies i took my nano ipod an she took her video ipod. she then decided that she wanted to borow mine and so we traded becuase she liked my music in it. so we traded and it was a while when i saw her. i mean we called eachother buches of time but i was to busy to hang out. well i took her ipod to school oneday and they stole it. i was so mad. someone actually went into my bookbag and stole it. i was crying hysterically and my dad was screaming at me. they still are talking about it.my mom keeps screaming at me and reminding me. i called my friend and i told her she was a bit mad at first and then she said dont worry well fix this. so i told her i was gonna give her my sisters ipod. but my sister didnt want to give her vodeo ipod becuase 1). her pod is wayy newer then my friends and it has NO scratches and my friends had scratches and 2). my sister bought it with her own money. my parents dont have 300 bucks right now to buy a new ipod. so they told me to tell my friend to wait a while ,while i get the money. i told her and she got mad. she told me that she wanted my sisters and my sis didnt want to give hers. so she told me to give her my moms cell number becuase her mom wanted to speak with my parents. so i did and they talked and my firends mom was so eman to my mom. my mom got mad so they closed and her moom said she'll call back to speak to my dad or else this will get serious. i dont know what she meant by that. my friend doesnt talk to me and well i dont want to either because i feel like she traded our friendship for a stupid ipod. and we were so close. we had so many plans together for the summer and my mom says now that im not allowed to hang out with her and i doubt it that my ex friend wants to be friends. what really gets me mad is the fact that i wanted to give my friend her ipod 2 times! first we were at the mall and she said no keep it for longer and the second time was when i was near her house and called her but she was tlaking to her bf and sed she would call me bak but didnt! i dont know what to do! please help any adive comments? anything?. oh i cant trade in my ipod nano which is liek 130 bucks for a video ipod which is 300. thats impossible. thnaks so much!

Instead of buying straight from Apple, have you thought of buying one off ebay? Usually ebay has tons of ipods for a lot cheaper than Apple sells them. Theres also a website, www.craigslist.com, where you can search for things in your area that are for sale. There are usually lots of ipods on there that are cheap. You could sell your pod for the time being and put that money towards her ipod, and then buy a new one for yourself eventually.
You said that you tried to give her her ipod back on a few occassions. Have you brought that up to her and her parents? And i know you said you cant trade in an ipod nano for a video ipod, but did you ask her and her parents if she could keep the nano instead? They might go for that.
If shes willing to stop being friends with you because someone stole your ipod, then is she really that great of a friend? A good friend would be mad, but they wouldnt stop being friends with you for something like that.
I'm not sure how old you are, but if your over 14, you could possibly get a part time job for a few weeks, and then you would have the money in a couple weeks. I make about a hundred dollars a week at my part time job working 3 nights a week. So if your old enough, that could be an option as far as buying her a new one. If your not of age, you could do odd jobs around your neighborhood, have a car wash, mow lawns, walk dogs, babysit, things like that. You should be able to buy a new one in a few weeks, especially if you check ebay and craigslist.
