advice
i read one of your answers, and i was just wondering if you could tell me like what you did more in detail.

well i started the diet July fifth. I cut out soda, fast food, and a lot of fattening foods. I got a lot of healthy foods [fruits, veggies, things low in calories and fat], and i basically just watched what i ate. All i drink now is water but it's okay. Crystal lite is good to have on a diet too. I also switched to 2% milk instead of whole, it's less fattening. I work out every other day on the treadmil, and i do a mile. It seems to be working for now. Occasionally i skip the treadmil & go swimming or something because it's one of the best workouts. Sometimes I do situps but it's rare because i'm too lazy by the end of the day haha. I'm at fifteen or more pounds. It came off really quick, and if you want to lose weight, all you have to do is cut back, pay attention to what you are eating, and exercise a bit.
they also say if you want to lose weight, you have have have to eat something for breakfast so it can digest all the bad fats you eat during the day [even if you dont eat breakfast because you sleep in late, you should just get up and grab something]. Something of that sort. Hope i helped :D

I'm gonna start excersizing tomorrow. I plan on running 3 miles in morning, 3 in the afternoon/midday, & 4 at night. I have a treadmill, so I'll be doing the running on there.
Then I'll do around 500 sit-ups a day. I've started eating healthier, & I cut out soda a while ago. I only drink water now, & I eat a lot of fruits & vegetables.
I need to lose as much wight as I can by the end of August, when I start school. I'll continue excersizing & losing the weight I need to until I'm at my goal, but I just want to try & get there as much as I can by school. I need to lose about 25-30, & I'm 13/f.
Does anyone know any other excersizes I could do too, & maybe how much I might be able to lose by then?

you deffinately do not need to do that much.
You do not need to exercise every single day, every other day is fine. I would start off just doing a mile, and then work your way up, because you are going to tire yourself out so bad, you arent going to want to do it anymore. Sit-ups; nowhere near 500. That is way too much, but occasionally, they are good to do.
Trust me, you are young, it's summer, it's hot, the weight will come off easily.
I started my diet on July 5th, and I do a mile on a treadmil every other day, and i eat healthy. No fast food. No soda. Nothing bad. You get the jist, and you are eating healthy so that is good (try those 100 calorie snacks if you ever get the urge to eat) As of right now, i've lost fifteen pounds. You deffinately can lose 25 by the end of august.
When you're on the treadmil, try watching the tv or something [if you have one in there], and just not pay attention to the distance because the time goes by slower. If you don't have a tv in the room where it is, listen to music or something. Read a magazine like some people do, although, i have never been able to multitask like that :)
Basically all you need to do is cut down your portions, eat healthier [which you seem to be], and exercise, but not as much as you said you were going to do because it's too much. For other exercises [that you could do before sleep or something] situps, crunches, or lunges. Even if you go to a playground and go on the swing, it's exercise. Try swimming, its a good exercise because you have to use all of your muscles.
