their temperments vary, just like dogs' do, but they do have some instincts of wolves. for instance: you must make sure they know their place, and you must show them that they are not the "alpha", and that you are constantly. my uncle has a hybrid, and i lived with him all summer last year. every once in a while, the hybrid would attack my uncle to try and become the "alpha" of the "pack", or in our case, the leader of the household. this is a flaw, but they are extremely loyal pets. they can make great pets, but this varies, especially depending on what age you get them. if you are deciding on getting a hybrid, get one while it is still a puppy, as young as you can, and train it quickly.
