Please only absolute answers!
My dog has an inflammed area on her front paw and she wont stop biting it. Would anti-biotic ointment help?
Can I even put in on my dog, would it hurt her? (link)

We used some antibiotic ointment on my cat, so it should be okay. But make sure to cover it- wrapping the paw with an athletic tape or an ace bandage is a great way to keep your dog from biting or disturbing it.
