Please only absolute answers!
My dog has an inflammed area on her front paw and she wont stop biting it. Would anti-biotic ointment help?
Can I even put in on my dog, would it hurt her?

Yes, most definitely! Use neosporin or bacitracin. DO NOT use PEROXIDE! I had the same problem and thats what i read in an article about dogs! it helps alot, my dogs cut is now fully healed.
