When a person hugs you around the neck...what does it say about them? Also, how about the person that hugs below that? (around the chest area) & I don't mean that in a sexual way... (link)

I hug around the neck because when you hug some one around the chest, there arm pits are on you and i dont want some smelly arm pits on me. haha.
