I am so glad to be here! I'm open to any questions that anyone wants to ask, but I will say that my specialties lie in the artistic and musical areas. My answers will always be carefully researched and thought out. Thanks for asking me a question- I'll get back to you very soon!

Me and my significant other want to eventually get married. The other night I was talking to her about it and she told me about an old Celtic ceremony. In this ceremony the bride and groom draw blood from their palm and join the 2 wounded hands. When they join hands a cloth is then wrapped around them as a seal to the bond. I'm looking for something that can help me verify this information. Any links are greatly appreciated, books would also be a great help.

All the sources that I saw didn't mention any blood, just tying the bride and groom's hands together.
