When I cook using cooking spray, it leaves brown
sticky gooey junk in my pans. It looks awful and
it is impossible to get off.

Does anyone know how to cook with the spray
so it doesn't do this? (link)
the kind with flour in it. :D

I think I have tried that kind but I'm not sure. I will try it again. Capitals! Use capitals! LOL,
