advice
I'm trying to get into a routine. I was wondering if anyone can tell me if this is good
Day one: I work on chest, biceps, triceps, running
Day two: work on back, shoulders, abs, running
Day three: running
And on top of this mondays through thursday i have football weight conditioning and i'm going ot be beggining martial arts. is this good. suggestions of workouts or routines, what i should work on would be appreciated
ya that would be good, thats basically what my brother did when he started doing weights/ football. but in the beginning your going to be sore on the days in between.so. ya.
