I am planning on getting my hair cut in big, puffy, layers. I want to have that big 80's hair. (I'm assuming most people know what it looked like.)

Obviously I will need a hairspray to keep my big hair in place. I need a hairspray that adds tons of volume to my hair, without making it stiff, brittle, or sticky. I also would like a hairspray that is affordable.

What hairsprays would you recommend?

My stepmom was did that in the 80's& she said the kind of hairspray she used rave 4x& it won't be sticky. :D

rave 4x is around 2.50 at a dollar store.
