Q: alright so i'm 13/f and ive been begging my dad to buy me a cell phone and he might. the thing is that i need one that comes with minutes, like if i buy a cell it comes with 100 minutes or whatever. i really want a razr phone and it HAS to be AT&T (Cingular) is there such thing as getting one like this?

Check the website or click on the link above. It's a RAZR prepaid phone. Which mean, you buy minutes from the store and load it on a card - it's 25 cents per minuter and a good starter phone. No contract (your Dad will be happy about that) and no monthly payments.
