I have this big flab of just FAT near my armpit and my boob. It's not really fat, it's just my boob but there's a line that makes it look unattached.

yea it will gain a bit of muscle, but not really. a lot of weight ill gie you big muschles, but if you just do like 5-10 lbs on a benchpress, it will tone that area, and the fat wont be there, because the muscle will burn the fat. you wont look like a man, trust me =]
