I'm a teenage girl.
I work out whenever I can and I eat between 1200-1800 cals per day. (normally around 1350)
Why am I fat?
I'm 5'2" and 158 pounds. is it just that I have a crappy metabolism? so what should i do just stop eating altogether and run 20 miles a day? (link)

Okay. Running just firms up your legs. Try doing about 20 push-ups a day. And when you feel as though you can up the number...go to 30 push-ups per day and so on. For your legs, firming is fine. It doesn't matter what size you are. Firming is just so your legs won't jiggle. For your abs, do about 200 crunches a day. Do 50 of them, then rest for about 15-20 seconds, and do 50 again. Try doing them with your legs on the couch, or try turning you legs to one side and having your hip almost parallel to the ceiling. You can also do the bicycle method, which is sort of difficult so you might just wanna stick to the other two. You should see results in about 2 weeks if you continuously do the crunches everyday. You can also do it in the morning and at night(Which is what I'm doing) Also try being active in school activities. Such as Track, volleyball, or other sports that require exercise.
