how long after sex is the morning after pill effective, isnt there a 72 hour pill? if so where can you buy it? _(link)

my girlfriend just took it
its called the Plan B pill
and its effictive up to 72hours after unprotected sex
but the earlier you take it the less chance you have of getting pregnant
